Our Methodology
The PropTrust Marine™ Standard
We do not just issue survey reports; we create Evidentiary Assets. Our methodology is an open-source, academically backed framework (registered with permanent DOI at CERN/Zenodo) designed to satisfy the strictest regulatory and underwriting demands globally.
- Layer 0 Physical Reality: Rigorous on-site inspection by licensed judicial naval experts (hull, machinery, and systems).
- Legal Admissibility: Full probative validity in EU courts, maritime arbitrations, and insurance dispute proceedings.
- Registry & Lien Divergence Check: Deep due diligence on flag state compliance and hidden encumbrances to prevent double-pledging.
- Continuous Monitoring: Optional integration with geospatial telemetry (e.g., Google Earth Engine) and IoT vessel tracking for ongoing asset health verification.
